Australian Mulwarra lamb will be served by Mike Tafe, Corporate Chef, Mulwarra Exports, Australia, at the food and beverage outlets of the Hyatt Regency Delhi in New Delhi, India, from 26 May to 9 June 2013.
Outlets serving Mulwarra lamb will include Café, La Piazza, TK’S Oriental Grill, and The China Kitchen.
This Australian lamb menu buffet will be served at lunch and dinner at Café, the all-day dining restaurant, while each of the specialty outlets will have an exclusive a-la-carte selection of Australian lamb dishes.
A special Sunday Mulwarra lamb brunch will be served with limitless alcoholic beverages at each of the award winning outlets on 26 May and 9 June 2013 respectively.
