Le Cordon Bleu is offering a A$5,000 annual scholarship to food, wine, and travel writers in a bid to support their professional development. It will enable them to take two units at Le Cordon Bleu Master of Gastronomic Tourism programme at Southern Cross University.
The winners will study on line so applications are being accepted from around the world. Current students in the programme include writers working in hospitality, tourism, and the media.
