One starred Michelin Chinese restaurant will serve a series of innovative waygu beef dishes throughout the months of May and June. Australian M9 wagyu beef will be used. A sommelier can help diners pair wines with dishes by the bottle or by the class.
Dishes will include crispy wagyu beef rolls, wok-fried diced wagyu beef tenderloin tenderloin with tea and spring onion, wok-fried wagyu bee roll wrapped with enoki in balsamico vinegar, and wagyu beef soup with onion and mushrooms, among others.
Serving traditional and nouvelle Cantonese cuisine, Cuisine Cuisine is located on Podium Level 3 at the ifc mall in Central on Hong Kong Island. It has an extensive wine list and sweeping views of Victoria Harbour.
