Nobu InterContinental Hong Kong will fly in the freshest and finest ingredients from Japan's Hyogo Prefecture during a culinary food promotion from 23 August to 21 September 2013.
French Chef Jiro Ogue will serve as guest chef during the Japanese summer food promotion.
The Hyogo Omakase menu will feature fresh seasonal Hyogo ingredients such as onions from Awaji Island, which have a wonderful aroma and mildly pungent taste.
Other featured ingredients will include Kobe Beef, Hamo Pike Conger, Sea Bream, Nori Seaweed, and a dessert made fresh Figs and large Black Soybeans from Tamba, which are sweet and glossy.
Nobu is one of many fine Japanese restaurants in Hong Kong. It is, in fact, considered to be one of the best restaurants serving Japanese food in Hong Kong.
