Atlanta, Boston, and Los Angeles will be added to Qatar Airways growing network in 2016, and service to New York's John F Kennedy International will be doubled to twice daily.
Qatar Airways will spread its wings in 2016, adding 3 US travel destinations to its growing global network: Atlanta, Georgia; Boston, Massachussetts; and Los Angeles, California.
Service to Los Angeles will begin on 1 January 2016. The airline will operate Boeing 777 aircraft on the route.
Service to Boston will begin on 16 March 2016. The airline will operate Airbus A350 XWB (extra wide body) aircraft on the route.
Service to Atlanta will begin on 1 July 2016. The airline will operate Boeing 777 aircraft on the route.
The airline already flies to 7 other travel destinations in the United States: Chicago (O'Hare), Ilinois; Dallas, Texas, Houston, Texas; Miami, Florida; New York (JFK), New York; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; and Washington, DC.
The airline also flies to one Canadian travel destination: Montreal, Quebec.
The airline will also double its New York schedule on 1 March 2016, linking the Big Apple with Doha, Qatar, with 2 daily flights.
The airline mantains a major hub at Hamad International Airport in Doha, Qatar, offering connections to and from travel destinations in Africa, the Indian subcontinent, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
