Pattaya's highest hotel offers 3 romantic set dinner options for Valentine's Day. Choose between Thai or international menus and rooftop views, romantic music,  or swimming pool access.

Hilton Pattaya will offer Valentine's Day set dinners at 3 of its food and beverage outlets.

Edge will serve chilled seafood on ice as well as live cooking stations of Western and Asian dishes.

There will also be stations offering grilled and carved meats, a Japanese station, a cheese corner, salad bars, as well as lighter menu selections and an array of cakes and pastries.

A wine buffet will be offered at an additional cost.

Located on Level 14, Flare will serve a 4-course Love Song Set Menu featuring yummy Thai dishes accompanied by romantic love songs.

The menu will include Grilled Fines de Claire oysters and Hokkaido sea scallop with spicy seafood salsa, spicy lemon grass soup with tiger prawns, stir-fried lobster with cashew nut, and sweet desserts.

Dinner will include a glass of sparkling wine and complimentary access to the pool.

Located on the hotel's Level 34, Horizon has stunning views of Pattaya Bay.

The stylish eatery will serve a 4–course set dinner with an international selection of mouth-watering dishes, which will include Jamon Iberico or shellfish trio, fresh English pea soup, roasted moulard duck breast, and dessert.
