Wooloomooloo Prime has outlets high in the sky with floor-to-ceiling windows and open-air balconies in both Causeway Bay, on Hong Kong Island, and Tsim Sha Tsui, on the Kowloon Peninsula.
Both of these restaurants will serve a mouth-watering 5-course menu on Friday 20 February 2015.
The menu will include Citrus Cured Hamachi as appetizer followed by Ballotine of Quail and Lobster Bisque.
For the main course, you can choose from Dukkah Crusted Australian Lamb Rack, Atlantic Cod, and Australian Black Angus Beef Tenderloin.
Save room for desserts: a refreshing Lemon Meringue Tart.
If you're up for fireworks but not for dinner, you can gain access to the lounge or balcony for HK$400, which includes 2 standard drinks.
If you prefer to keep your feet on the ground, Wooloomooloo Steakhouse, which is located on the ground floor in Tsim Sha Tsui East, will serve a 4-course set dinner.
You can view the fireworks at street level. And the price of dinner will definitely be more "down to earth", as well.
