Oakland Raider fans plan a massive show of force before Thursday's game against their arch-rivals, the Kansas City Chiefs: first a rally at their headquarters in Alameda, then a demonstration at the Black Hole.

Oakland Raider fans committed to keeping the team in Oakland are being urged to attend a rally at the Oakland Raiders headquarters before the Kansas City Chiefs game on Thursday 20 November 2014.

"Immediately following the rally, we will be needing MANY volunteers for a special one-of-a-kind event leading up to the game at the Coliseum," organizers of the rally say.

The rally will kick off at 10 am and end at 11 am. The game starts at 5.25 pm at the Black Hole.

Following the rally, a large number of volunteers will be needed for what organizers are calling "a special one-of-a-kind event leading up to the game at the Coliseum".

"The second event is on quite a big scale, thus we’ll be needing as many volunteers as humanly possible," organizers says.

National Television Audience

"As soon as the plans are finalized, we will advise everyone of what we plan on undertaking for the game itself. Keep in mind that this is a nationally televised game (vs. the KC Chiefs), and this WILL reach a national audience."

Rumour has it that more than 14,500 11 x 17 inch cards will be distributed to cars and fans entering the Black Hole before the game.

"The cards will be a strong proclamation to a National audience, and all others viewing, that we intend to keep OUR Raiders right here at home in OAKLAND," organizers say.

"The actual strategy to hand out these cards will be formalized at Raiders HQ during the rally."

Where

Oakland Raiders Headquarters, 1220 Harbor Way Parkway, Alameda, California.

The headquarters of the Oakland Raiders are a hop, skip, and a jump from Oaktown's infamous Black Hole as well as Oakland International Airport.

Traffic to the Oakland Coliseum, however, will be heavy so take that into consideration when making travel plans to attend the rally.

Dress Code
