Hong Kong: Japanese Restaurant in Causeway Bay Launches Hokkaido Sea Urchin Promotion

The chef at a Japanese restaurant in Causeway Bay on Hong Kong Island launches an 11 course Omakase menu featuring 4 types of sea urchins from Hokkaido, Japan - now through 10 November 2014.

Chef Taisuke Sato will serve an 11 course Omakase menu through 10 November 2014.

Nine of the 11 courses will feature 4 species of sea urchins from Hokkaido, Japan: purple sea urchins, white sea urchins, sea urchins in sea water, and Bafun sea urchins.

Each type of sea urchin has its own characteristics. Bafun sea urchins are available only in the fall.

The Omakase menu will be served at both lunch and dinner.
