Featured dishes will include Wok-fried Atlantic Lobster with Yunnan Ham and Assorted Mushrooms, Pan-fried Black Cod Fillet with Sun-dried Tomatoes and Black Bean Sauce, Wok-fried Alberta Wagyu Rib Eye, and Double-boiled Partridge Soup with Ontario Ginseng.
On the night of 26 August, fine Canadian wines will be paired with the dishes served.
