Cream of cepe soup with hazelnut crumble and black truffle will be featured will be featured at Hugo's at the Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui, in Kowloon in September.
Other featured dishes will include roasted cepe salad with foie gras terrine, truffle dressing and young spinach, and risotto of cepes with veal jus and Parmesan cream

Roasted US rib of beef is served from the silver carving wagon.
