Cream of cepe soup with hazelnut crumble and black truffle will be featured will be featured at Hugo's at the Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui, in Kowloon in September.

Other featured dishes will include roasted cepe salad with foie gras terrine, truffle dressing and young spinach, and risotto of cepes with veal jus and Parmesan cream

Hugo's is a fine dining restaurant serving continental cuisine. Many dishes – such as as caesar salad, lobster bisque, steak tartare, cherries jubilee and Café Diablo – are prepared at the table.

Roasted US rib of beef is served from the silver carving wagon.

Other popular dishes include Welsh lamb cutlets, French Bresse spring chicken, Spanish Iberico pork cutlet, Dover sole meuniere, French sea bass, and Irish organic salmon.

The hotel also has a Chinese restaurant, a cafe, and a lounge.
