Souvla, a Greek restaurant in Central on Hong Kong Island, is launching a special 'Junk Menu' targeted at foodies planning boat trips during Hong Kong's long hot summer.

Included are marinated olives, dips, dolmades, pita breads, and a selection of salads as well as individual servings of souvas, a choice of roasted meats, and delicious chocolate-filled baklava cigars for dessert.

The restaurant is a member of the Concept Creations group.
