The Expedition is a 10 course degustation menu that has been launched at The Principal, a fine dining restaurant in Wanchai.
The Expedition takes diners on a journey through places that the eatery's Executive Chef Jonay Armas has visited and cooked in. You will find street food from Jonay's home, the Canary Islands, as well as Mexico and China
There are also mouth-watering dishes from India, Spain, Thailand, and other places around the world.
